The top half is removable and contains a water reservoir. When the valve to the reservoir is opened the tap drips. The model is used as the focus of the Hartfordshire waterboard's roadshow

Oversized Wella hair care products.
`The models were made for an in house product launch constructed from a mixture of timber, polystyrene and resin. The biggest can is approx 2000mm [6.25ft]

'WE' Sculpture.
Commissioned as part of a new building development near Liverpool st London. The letters were made from laser cut steel panels welded from the inside and then ground and polished for a crisp edge, finished in two pack paint and matt lacquer. Approx 2500mm [8ft] tall

Oversized Bearbrick.
Over sized Bearbrick collectable figure produced for James Levelle at Mo Wax arts. Sculpted polystyrene around a metal sub frame finished in polyester resin to a super smooth finish. Approx 1800mm [6ft]

Goodyear 'Run on flat demo unit'.
Demonstration unit designed to show the difference between a run on flat technology tyre and a standard tyre. Demonstration unit consisted of an industrial rated conveyor belt rolling a half run on flat half standard tyre under load. The load could be adjusted to maximise the deflation effect. The wheel was linked to the unit via a custom-built suspension system. The unit also housed light boxes for the graphics panels and a DVD player and screen running a looped demonstration DVD.

Orange mobile phone shop interactive pods.
These interactive pods are fibreglass around a metal sub frame. They each house a touch screen and speakers linked to a computer We sculpted the pattern and produced the tools from which we made multiple moulds. The finish is pigmented gel coat that was buffed to a super glossy finish.

Over sized mobile phones.
We produced one Blackberry and two Sony Ericsson oversized mobile phones for Ignition-inc. The phones had plasma screens mounted vertically to replicate the screens on the real phones. The plasmas were linked up to laptops and speakers mounted within the body of the phones and showed images from DVD and also via Bluetooth. The phones were made from metal frames clad in polystyrene and fibreglass. They were approx 1800mm [6ft] tall.

Over sized Creed perfume bottle.
Large-scale scent bottle for a Selfridges window display. Bottle made from a mixture of timber, fibreglass and polystyrene. Dressed with feather 'angel wings' and a wired silver bow. Bottle is approx 1500mm [5ft] tall.

Full size Working Prototypes for the latest Mathmos Lava lamp range. Constructed in polycarbonate
and finished in ink tinted lacquers.

1:2 Scale multi user positioning and navigation system. Made from a mixture of steel, timber and plastics.

X ray machine for Harry Potter
X ray machine made from steel chemiwood and fibreglass. This product features engineered working joints. It was constructed using a combination of photographs and drawings from an original 1930's design.

Prototypes for Vent Axia wall mounted fan units. Machined from chemiwood and finished in two pack paint.

Gas meter prototype produced for Foays Design Ltd. 1:1 Scale model with live L.E.D display.

Animatable fire truck
Animatable fire truck for a stop frame animation commercial. Constructed from chemiwood brass and steel. Fully functional steering system, and working headlights. Finished in two-pack paint with chromed detail pieces. Size approx 250mm [10 inches] long.

Baby car seat converter for Pearl Fisher.
Working prototype featuring adjustable handle, old down/up wheels and brakes. Constructed mainly from aluminium.

James Bond jet boat
The boat body 4.5m (14 Feet) long constructed at Pinewood Studios. We made the original pattern and took 14 fibreglass moulds, which were then mounted onto the original hulls.

The BBC 2 models were used for the Christmas 1999 trailers animated and filmed by Banana Park.The number two’s featured flickering internal neon lights and movable wings.

We produced 1 x ice mountain number two at 5 ft. One curly snow set at 4 ft by 4 ft. One snow set at 8ft by 4ft.Thirty replacement number twos for use in the animation of the BBC 2 Christmas ident.

Giant sized Aladdin's Lamp.
Created for The Hackney Empire's pantomime promotion. The lamp was made from polystyrene clad around a tubular steel frame. There was a smoke machine attached to the tubular frame and intermittently a burst of uplit smoke would spurt out of the end of the lamp giving a' genie' effect The lamp was 3800mm [12ft] in length.

Tia Lusso bottle on ice.
Huge liquor bottle and ice effects installed on to the side of the Brixton Fridge nightclub. Metal tube frame clad in polystyrene and resin. Approx 5000mm [16.5ft] tall
